When to write to us

• You want to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
• You want to withdraw a consent you previously gave.
• You are a parent or guardian asking about a child’s account.
• You believe your data was used in violation of our Privacy Policy or DPDP Act.
• You want to nominate someone to act on your behalf (DPDP §14).
• You want to escalate a complaint that our support team has not resolved.

Service-level commitments

• We acknowledge every grievance within 7 days.
• We resolve every grievance within 30 days (matches DPDP §10(8)).
• Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
• Data breach notifications go out within 72 hours of detection (DPDP §8(6) + GDPR §33).

What to include in your email

1. Your full name and the email address registered with MscTutor.
2. A clear description of the issue or request.
3. Any relevant order IDs, screenshots, or page URLs.
4. If you are writing on behalf of a child, the child’s account email and your relationship.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India (once notified). EU residents may also approach their national supervisory authority under GDPR Art. 77.
