Enzymes: Helicase (unwinds), DNA Polymerase III (adds nucleotides, only 5'โ3'), Primase (makes RNA primer), DNA Ligase (joins Okazaki fragments). Leading strand: continuous synthesis. Lagging strand: discontinuous (Okazaki fragments).
