Lines of Symmetry

A shape has symmetry if you can fold it and the two halves match exactly. The fold line is the line of symmetry (or mirror line). Shapes and their lines: Circle (infinite), Square (4 lines), Rectangle (2 lines), Equilateral triangle (3 lines), Isoceles triangle (1 line), Regular hexagon (6 lines). In nature: butterfly wings, human face, leaves all have symmetry (approximately).
